TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The fourth-ranked College of Southern Idaho Volleyball Team got back on track Saturday, beating Colorado Northwestern 25-6, 25-14, 25-14 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles, now 20-3 overall and 5-2 in league play, posted a .354 hitting percentage and held the Spartans to a -.074 percentage. Both
Alexis Mareko and
Brianna Barta finished with five blocks apiece for CSI.
Barta added 15 assists and Mareko had six kills with no hitting errors in the middle.
Airi Miyabe led the Golden Eagles with 11 kills and 11 digs.
Payton Spoja and
Kylie Gibson each had six kills as well.
Sacha Legros finished the match with 11 digs and three service aces.
Kylie Baumert added nine digs and two aces and
Makayla Bradford had eight digs and one ace.
CSI travels to #7 Snow College Thursday and College of Southern Nevada Saturday.
