WILLISTON, N.D. - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball team kept their undefeated string intact with a 69-49 win over Western Nebraska Saturday.
The 24th-ranked Golden Eagles improve to 3-0 with the win.
Leading the way for CSI was
Tiena Afu. The sophomore post finished the game with 17 points on 8-of-10 shooting and 10 rebounds.
The only other Eagle to score in double figures was
Mallory Lapoole. The freshman had 12 points along with five rebounds.
A trio of CSI players finished the game with seven points. They were
Kaela McClure,
Chesney Campbell and
Gabriella Bruno.
The Golden Eagles travel to Mesa next week to take on Mesa College and Cochise Friday and Saturday.
