WILLISTON, N.D. - The 10th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball team beat Western Nebraska 106-98 to improve to 2-0 on the young season.
Khalid Thomas was on fire for the Golden Eagles, finishing with 27 points and 10 rebounds. Charles Jones Jr. had another solid night, scoring 22 points and pulling down five rebounds. Jake Hendricks added 18 points, knocking down 4-of-8 3-pointers.
The fourth CSI player to score in double figures was Danya Kingsby with 17 points. He added five assists and three rebounds.
The Golden Eagles return home to host the Fisher's Tech Invitational Friday and Saturday.
