MESA, Ariz. - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball team extended its' win streak to four with a 61-53 win over Mesa CC.
Three Golden Eagle players ended the game with double-digit scoring. Tiena Afu and Chesney Campbell each scored 13 points, while Mallory Lapoole added 10.
Afu finished with a double-double, pulling down 10 rebounds.
Filer native Meghan Hughes had a solid game for CSI, finishing with 11 rebounds, two assists and two steals.
A big difference in the game came at the free throw line where CSI shot 63 percent compared to 33 percent for Mesa.
The Golden Eagles take on Cochise Saturday at noon in Mesa, Ariz.
