TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Golden Eagle sophomore
Brianna Osorio came within one steal and three assists of a quadruple-double in leading the College of Southern Idaho past Colorado Northwestern CC 79-39 Tuesday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Osorio finished the game with 23 pionts, 15 rebounds, nine steals and seven assists.Â
The Golden Eagles forced 27 turnovers and held the Spartans to just 22 percent from the field and six percent from the free throw line. CSI also out-rebounded CNCC 58-45.
CSI had two other players in double-digit scoring.
Jane Nelson finished with 11 points and Murrellene had 10.
Chesney Campbell had a solid night off the bench with five points, 10 rebounds and four steals.
The Golden Eagles, now 10-5 overall and 1-0 in SWAC play, host Snow College Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
