TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho Volleyball team took little time to dismantle non-league opponent Treasure Valley 25-12, 25-17, 25-11 Tuesday.
The Golden Eagles jumped out to a quick lead in set one and never looked back, although their opening set was the most dominant. CSI finished that set with 16 kills and just one error in 24 attempts for a .625 hitting percentage.
Jasmyn Keohohina-Malina led the Golden Eagles with 12 kills in 15 attempts along with four blocks. Jojo Kruize finished with 12 digs to lead the defense. She added two aces and eight kills. Teammate
Ivana Trencheva had a solid match, posting seven kills, six aces and two digs.
The Golden Eagles, now 16-4 overall, host #10 Salt Lake CC Saturday at 1 p.m.
