ONTARIO, Ore. - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball team took its record to 12-1 with a 118-82 win over Rexburg United Saturday in the Treasure Valley CC Tournament.
The Golden Eagles had five players score in double figures, led by
Jake Hendricks 21 points. He knocked down five 3-pointers to lead CSI.
Charles Jones Jr. added 20 points, followed by 12 points for
Jonathan Nwankwo and
Tommy Burton.
Darius Alexander was the final CSI player in double figures with 10.
Other notable players included
Deishuan Booker with eight assists and
Mubarak Muhammed with nine points and seven rebounds.
The Golden Eagles did a good job taking care of the ball, turning the ball over just eight times compared to 22 for Rexburg United.
CSI next plays Dec. 30 against Treasure Valley CC in Ontario, Ore.
