TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho softball team beat Treasure Valley 10-3 and 4-2 Tuesday in a non-conference doubleheader.
CheyAnne Dahl earned the win in game one, giving up just five hits with 13 strikeouts.
The Golden Eagles finished the game with 12 hits.
Amanda Sheets went 3-for-5 with two RBI and a home run.
Markii Ashton finished 2-for-2 with two RBI and a home run and
Abby Toller added another home run, going 2-for-3 with four RBI.
In game two, hitting was at a premium. Sheets finished 2-for-3 with one RBI and Ashton was 1-for-3 with one RBI. In the circle,
Brytni Gurney earned the win, going the distance and giving up six hits and one earned run with six strikeouts.
CSI hosts Western Nevada Friday at 1 p.m. and Saturday at noon for doubleheaders.
