PRICE, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball team gave Golden Eagle head coach Randy Rogers a great Christmas present, going undefeated heading into the holiday break. The Golden Eagles beat USU Eastern 78-68 Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference action.
With the win, CSI is 3-0 in conference play as is Salt Lake CC. Both teams have yet to lose this season.
Samantha Lubcke led the Golden Eagles with 10 points and 11 rebounds. Alexia Mefi added 11 points and five rebounds, while Kandiss Barber posted 12 points and six rebounds.
CSI travels to Las Vegas to play Central Arizona Dec. 29th and Eastern Arizona Dec. 30th.
