SHERIDAN, Wyo. - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball team got off to a good start Friday, beating Northwest College 76-54 in the Sheridan Tournament.
Sophomore transfer Kandiss Barber led the way for the Golden Eagles, shining in the win. Barber finished the game with 27 points and 13 rebounds. Teammage Brianna Osorio added 14 points and four assists, while Alexia Mefi scored 12 points to go with eight rebounds.
CSI jumped on Northwest early, taking a 41-16 lead at the half and then cruised to the win.
The Golden Eagles take on Sheridan College Saturday at 5 p.m.
