TWIN FALLS - The 5th-ranked College of Southern Idaho men's basketball team defeated Chemeketa CC 114-81 Saturday in the Wright PT/ICCU Challenge, improving to 10-0 on the season.
Fredrick Edmond led the Eagles with 22 points, seven rebounds and two assists. He was joined in double-digit scoring by

Pape Diatta (11),
Shaq Carr (10) and
Ray Kasongo (10).
Vernon added 11 rebounds for the double-double. Smith also had seven assists.
The Golden Eagles continues its non-conference schedule this coming weekend, hosting the Fisher's Invitational Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
In the early game, Miles CC erased a 23-point deficit to beat Treasure Valley 81-72.
