Southern Idaho Golden Eagles

Grant Ponder joined the College of Southern Idaho Softball staff in the fall of 2022. Prior to coming to CSI, he was an assistant at Minot State University. Not only did he coach softball at Minot State but also played baseball his final two years there, earning a bachelor's degree in sociology as well as a minor in criminal justice and a concentration in psychology.
Ponder has also coached in the Competitors Collegiate Baseball League in Boise as well as the Collegiate Fastpitch Camp in Calgary, Alberta.
He works primarily with infielders for CSI.
