Biography

  At CSI: Preston posted a 3-2 record on the mound for the Golden Eagles and a 4.46 ERA in his 42.1 innings of work last season.
  Before CSI: A two-sport athlete at Taylorsville High School, Preston played baseball and golf.
  On the baseball field, Preston led his team to four region championships and a state runner-up finish. As a junior was named second team all region. His senior season, he earned first team all region honors as well as first team all state distinction.
  In 2007 and 2008, he was a part of legion team that won the state championship.
