TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Another day at home at Skip Walker Field, another win as the College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team swept Prairie Baseball Academy 10-0 and 11-2 in non-conference play.
That is the Golden Eagles 11th straight win and 10th at home.
In game one,
Grayson Riding was masterful, pitching all five innings and giving up just two hits with 10 strikeouts. At the plate,
Crew Secrist was 2-for-2 with a double and two RBI and
Cade Burnham was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI.
Three pitchers combined for the win in game two.
Kaleb Doty earned the win, pitching the middle 2.2 innings, giving up no runs on one hit with one strikeout.
Degan Rigby pitched the first 3.1 innings, giving up two runs on four hits with four strikeouts.
Will Grizzle pitched the final inning, giving up no runs on one hit with one strikeout.
Secrist was hot again, going 3-for-4 with a home run, double and two RBI.
Sawyer Slade was 1-for-2 with three RBI and
Tayson Howard had a triple.
Tyson Staheli had a pinch hit two-rbi single.
CSI, 15-5 overall, hosts Prairie for a single game Saturday at noon and a double header Sunday at 11 a.m.
