TWIN FALLS, Idaho — The College of Southern Idaho Athletic Department has announced the hiring of Bobbi Stannard as its new Assistant Athletic Director, bringing a wealth of experience in collegiate athletics, student access and higher education leadership to the Golden Eagles.
"We couldn't be more excited to welcome Bobbi to our team," said CSI Athletic Director DQ Montreal. "Her energy and passion will be a great addition to our department. Our student-athletes and community are going to love having her here, and I am excited about what's ahead for CSI Athletics."
Stannard joins the Athletic Department after serving the college in several student-access leadership roles since 2020. Most recently, she served as Assistant Dean of Student Access from 2023-26, overseeing Admissions, Early College, Student Access and Outreach, and the Bridge to Success programs. During her time in the role, she was recognized with an Under 40 Award from the American Association of Community Colleges (AAWCC) in 2024.
Prior to becoming Assistant Dean, Stannard served as Assistant Director of Student Access and as CSI's Admissions Events and Tours Coordinator.
Her career in higher education and athletics also includes experience at Boise State University, where she worked in Athletics Compliance in 2020, and the University of Washington, where she served as Director of Volleyball Operations for both the indoor and beach programs from 2015-2020.
During her time at Washington, Stannard was part of a highly successful Husky volleyball program that made multiple NCAA Tournament runs, including Elite Eight appearances in 2016 and 2019 and Sweet Sixteen appearances in 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019. Washington also captured back-to-back Pac-12 Championships in 2015 and 2016.
Stannard began her collegiate athletics career as a student-athlete at Eastern Oregon University, where she played volleyball from 2011-15. Her accomplishments as a Mountaineer were recognized in 2024 when she was inducted into the Eastern Oregon University Hall of Fame.
She earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Oregon University in 2015 before completing a master's degree in Athletic Leadership from the University of Washington in 2016.

Stannard resides in Twin Falls, with her husband Mac and their three children Layten (13), Hudson (3) and Beau (1).
