JEROME, Idaho - Edward Hill scored with a 1:50 to go in the game to give the College of Southern Idaho Men's Soccer Team the 2-1 win over Pacific Northwest Christian Thursday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
The Golden Eagles scored 30 minutes into the game on a goal by Mario Granjo and held that lead at the half. But Pacific Northwest tied the game up with 21 minutes left in regulation to set up CSI's game winner late.
Lasse Brier held PNCC scoreless at the goalkeeper position in the first half. Wilson Pinto was the Golden Eagles goalkeeper in the second half, giving up one goal and ending with a save.
CSI finished the game with 31 shots to five for PNCC.
With the win, the Golden Eagles remain undefeated in conference play at 2-0. CSI hosts North Idaho on Saturday at 1:30 p.m.
