JEROME, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Soccer Team held on for the huge 1-0 win over state rival and 14th-ranked North Idaho Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Both teams played to a 0-0 tie through the first half. But the Golden Eagles took the lead at the 61:07 mark when Cacique Maia scored CSI's goal on an assist from
Diego Nogales.
CSI would then hold the Cardinals the rest of the way for the win.

Robert Foster was perfect on the day, preserving the shutout and finishing with four saves.
CSI, 3-3 overall and 3-0 in conference play, travels to Salt Lake CC next Thursday and Colorado Northwestern next Saturday.
