TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Distance Track Teams will compete Thursday, Friday and Saturday at the NJCAA Division 1 Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in Hutchinson, Kan.
The Golden Eagles had five men qualify and eight women.
For the men,
Raivio Manzer, Kaleb Burnett,
Owen Stouffer and
Jonathan Frew will all compete in the 4x800 Relay. Manzer also qualified for the 5,000 Meters and Burnett qualified in the 1500 Meters.
Keegan McCraw will be competing in the Steeplechase.
The CSI Women will also have a team in the 4x800 Relay. Those running that event will be
Laynee Rowley,
Aubrie Barzee,
Isabella Beilke and
Kennedy Kunz.
Individually, Stephania Hernandez,
Rozzlyn Cazier and Lily Neff will run in the 5,000 Meters. Neff also will compete in the 10,000 Meters along with
Sage Lyon. Three different runners will run in the Steeplechase. Barzee, Rowley and Cazier all qualified in that event. The final individual qualifier is
Laurie Davidson in the 1500 Meters.
The Golden Eagles will run in the first running race of the championships at 4 p.m. on Thursday in the 4x800 Relay. For a complete schedule of events go to:
