RANGELY, Colo. - The 11th-ranked College of Southern Idaho trailed Colorado Northwestern after the first quarter but sophomore
Kennedy Gillette made sure the Golden Eagles came out on top, leading them to a 67-46 win Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Gillette finished the game with 27 points and eight rebounds.
Savannah Stoker added 10 points and eight rebounds. She was the only other CSI player in double figures.Â
Falon Bedke had a team-high 10 rebounds and two blocks.
A trio of Golden Eagles each had three assists, including
Kayla Porray, Savannah Stoiker and
Kayla Kasubuchi.Â
CSI, 18-4 overall and 6-1 in conference play, returns home to host Snow College Thursday and USU Eastern Saturday.
