SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team loses to Salt Lake CC 87-65 Saturday in the Region 18 Championship.
The Bruins will advance to the district playoff for a berth in the NJCAA National Tournament. The  25th-ranked Golden Eagles still have a shot at an at-large berth but will have to wait for the selection show.
Jaylon Johnson led CSI with 21 points, six rebounds and five assists. Sam Phipps added nine points and six rebounds and Cassius Carmichael also had nine points along with three rebounds. Jakari Livingston finished with eight points. 
CSI, 23-9 overall, had two players make the Region 18 All Tournament Team. Both Johnson and Livingston were named to the team.
