TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team defeated North Idaho College 92-73 Saturday, winning its final Scenic West Athletic Conference game before the Region 18 Tournament next week.
The Golden Eagles lost to the Cardinals in the last meeting but Saturday is was all CSI.
Jaylon Johnson led CSI with 16 points.
Shahid Muhammad finished with 13 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks.
Kasen Carpenter, who was 4-for-5 from the 3-point line, ended with 12 along with five rebounds.
Asim Jones finished with 10 points, six rebounds and five assists. Off the bench,
Jakari Livingston scored nine points and
Jordan Hamilton had eight.Â
The Golden Eagles, 22-8 overall and 9-3 in conference play, will be the two seed in the Region 18 Tournament that begins next Friday.
