YUMA, Ariz. - The College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team watched a third-quarter lead evaporate in the fourth quarter Tuesday, losing to Central Arizona 60-54.
The Golden Eagles led by three points heading into the fourth quarter but the Vaqueros outscored them 18-9 in the fourth to take the win.
CSI couldn't get any outside shots to fall all game, hitting just 15 percent from the 3-point line.Â
Samara Morrow led the team with 14 points and three assists.
Kennedy Gillette added 13 points and six rebounds and
Ashley Garner posted a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.
Kayla Porray finished with nine points.Â
The eighth-ranked Golden Eagles drop to 10-3 overall. CSI takes on Southwestern CC (California) Wednesday at 1 p.m. before coming back home.
