TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 25th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team beat USU Eastern 85-76 Thursday in a Scenic West Athletic Conference battle.
Two players came off the bench to lead the way. Jordan Hamilton was 5-for-8 from long range and finished with 20 points and seven rebounds. Walker Timme added 19 points. 
Sam Phipps and Shahid Muhammad dominated in the paint all night. Muhammad scored 10 points and had five blocks. Phipps had eight points and 14 rebounds. 
Asim Jones also had a solid night for the Golden Eagles. The guard finished with 15 points, six rebounds, eight assists and three steals.
CSI, now 14-5 overall and 3-0 in conference play, hosts Colorado Northwestern Saturday.
