TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho downed Central Wyoming 25-22, 25-9, 25-12 Friday in the Starr Corporation Invitational.
Leading the offensive charge was
Val Sarti-Cipriani with 10 kills. Both
Annie Nikolnikova and
Sydney Hess had nine kills and
Danea King finished with six. Nikolnikova continued her dominance at the net with six blocks.
Janke Pretorius put up a solid line with two kills, 32 assists, 11 digs and three blocks and
Chinaru Inoue led the team on defense with 16 digs.Â
The Golden Eagles improved to 9-5 overall and host Western Wyoming in the final day of the tournament Saturday at 3 p.m.
