HENDERSON, Nev. - The College of Southern Idaho Baseball Team lost to College of Southern Nevada 9-7 and 15-6 Saturday to close out its four-game series to open Scenic West Athletic Conference schedule.
The Golden Eagles hit three home runs in game one.
Junior Garcia was 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI.
Greyson Shafer Eliot Jones each finished with a home run.
Colby Carter was 2-for-3 at the plate and
Cole Rollins was 1-for-2.Â
Candon Dahle earned the loss, going two innings and giving up three earned runs on four hits with two strikeouts.
CSI added two more home runs in game two. Jones and Carter each hit one.
Kaden Schuck and
Tyler Vance each went 1-for-3.
On the mound,
Ashton Johnson earned the loss, going 3.1 innings and giving up five earned runs with two strikeouts.
CSI, 12-4 overall and 0-4 in conference play, hosts Salt Lake CC next week.
