OTTUMWA, Iowa - The College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball Team took a two-point lead with under five seconds to play but a banked in 3-pointer at the buzzer gave Indian Hills the 69-68 win Saturday.
The Golden Eagles looked in control when Shahid Muhammed knocked down one of two free throws to go ahead two points. But IHCC's Davontae Hall hit the 3-point shot to beat the Golden Eagles and drop them to 8-5 overall for the season.
Guards
Asim Jones and
Jaylon Johnson led the Golden Eagles. Johnson finished with 18 points, six rebounds and four assists. Jones added 17 points, six rebounds and three assists.
Jordan Hamilton scored 11 points, while Muhammed had 10 points and nine rebounds.
CSI returns home to host the Hilex Poly/Physicians Immediate Care Tournament next Friday and Saturday.
