SCOTTSBLUFF, Neb. - The 11th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Basketball Team beat Otero Junior College 63-43 Friday at the Western Nebraska Tournament.
The Golden Eagles held Otero to 25 percent from the field and 11 percent from long range.
Jamisyn Heaton led CSI with 14 points and eight rebounds. Makeili Ika added 13 points and eight rebounds and Jayden McNeal had four points and a team-high nine rebounds.
Brayli Jenks knocked down three 3-pointers for nine points and added three assists and six rebounds, while Kaylee Headrick finished with six points and six rebounds.
The Golden Eagles take on the host Western Nebraska Saturday at 4 p.m. MT
