TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The fourth-ranked College of Southern Idaho used a big second half to beat Arizona Western 66-47 Saturday in the final day of the Idaho Central Credit Union Invitational.
Kennedy Gillette scored 18 points along with five rebounds and two steals to lead the Golden Eagles. Kayle Headrick added 12 points, six rebounds, three assists and three steals.
Leading CSI on the boards was
Jamisyn Heaton with nine. She also had nine points. Off the bench, both
Izzy Arave and
Makeili Ika had seven points. Arave added two assists and two steals and Ika had three rebounds, three assists and three steals.
CSI plays at home next Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
