TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The 10th-ranked College of Southern Idaho fought to the end but came up just short, falling to #24 Lee College 74-71 on the final day of the ICCU Invitational.
The Golden Eagles had a good look from long range to tie is with four second to play but the ball bounced off the rim and Lee secured the win.
Jaylon Johnson had a big night for CSI, finishing with 27 points and five assists.
Jordan Hamilton added a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds. The only other CSI player in double figures was
Walker Timme with 14 points. Berrett Britton was solid on the boards, finishing with eight.
CSI, 1-2, returns to the court at home next Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
