TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The seventh-ranked College of Southern Idaho Women's Basketball Team jumped out to a big lead quickly and maintained to beat USU Eastern 67-44 Saturday in a Scenic West Athletic Conference matchup Saturday.
The Golden Eagles outscored USUE 36-15 in the first half and led 53-25 through three quarters to take the win.
CSI forced 25 turnovers, while just giving up the ball 12 times.Â
Kali Haizlip led the Golden Eagles with 19 points and six rebounds.
Kennedy Eskelson added 11 points, four rebounds and two assists.
