Box Score FORT MYERS, Fla. - The sixth-ranked College of Southern Idaho pulled out the 60-56 win over 17th-ranked Florida Southwestern CC on their home court Saturday in the Florida Southwestern Tournament.
The Golden Eagles led by as much as 13 points in the first half and led all but 24 seconds of the game but the Bucs never went away and pulled within two in the fourth quarter.
Livia Knapp led CSI with 14 points and six assists. Courtney Stothard finished with 11 points, five rebounds and two assists and Kaylee Headrick had 10 points, six rebounds and two assists.
Alyssa Christensen dominated on the boards, posting 13 rebounds along with nine points and two steals. Tylie Jones was also solid, finishing with nine points and six rebounds.
CSI, 4-0, takes on 16th-ranked Eastern Florida Sunday at noon.
