PRICE, Utah - The 19th-ranked College of Southern Idaho Volleyball Team fell to #9 USU Eastern 25-23, 25-17, 23-25, 25-23 Saturday in its final regular season Scenic West Athletic Conference match.
The Golden Eagles finished with a higher hitting percentage but were outblocked.
Leading the way for CSI were Yale Spoja and Alizaysha Sopi with nine kills apiece. Sopi added 15 digs. 
Janke Pretorius finished with 13 assists and 18 digs, while Miyu Tsurumaki added 16 digs.
In the middle both Kait White and Anastasiia Nikolniko each had six kills. White added three blocks.
CSI will open the Region 18 Tournament Thursday in Salt Lake against top-seeded SLCC.
