TORRINGTON, Wyo. - The 11th-ranked College of Southern Men's Basketball Team lost to Eastern Wyoming 60-59 Saturday in a non-conference game.
Golden Eagle Jackson Brinkerhoff knocked down a 3-pointer with six seconds to go to give CSI the 59-57 lead. But Eastern Wyoming drained a mid-court shot at the buzzer to win by one.
Brinkerhoff was catalyst all night for the Golden Eagles, finishing with 13 points and seven rebounds. Teammate Deng Dug was the only other CSI player in double figures, ending with 18 points, seven rebounds and four assists.
CSI, now 3-1, hosts the Physician's Immediate Care/ICCU Classic Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
