TWIN FALLS, Idaho - Nine College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball players scored in double figures to dominate Impact Academy 154-56 Friday in the Join the Rush Invitational sponsored by Coke/Oasis/Kickback Rewards.
The Golden eagles shot 60 percent fom the field and out-rebounded Impact 76-23 on the night.
Leading the way offensively was
David Walker with 22 points.
Thomas Miles and
Brayden Parker each scored 17 points. Parker added 11 rebounds for the double-double.
Jaxon Edelmayer posted 16 points, six rebounds and five assists with no turnovers for CSI.
N'Keil Nelson added 14 points and eight rebounds, while
Roberto Gittens and
Coreyoun Rushin each had 13 points.
CSI, now 11-3 overall, host Central Wyoming Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Earlier this year, the Golden Eagles played the Rustlers in a tight matchup, winning by just 11 points.
In the opening game of the tournament Friday, Snow beat Central Wyoming 78-59.
