CSI Baseball ends season in loss to Southern Nevada

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho baseball team ended its season Friday with a 7-1 loss to Southern Nevada in the Region 18 Tournament.
The Golden Eagles beat Colorado Northwestern 9-7 in their opening game Thursday before falling to top seed Salt Lake 2-1. CSI stayed alive on a walk-off hit by RJ Bush late Thursday, beating Colorado Northwestern 6-5.
Nathan Ackerman and Bush finished Friday's game 2-4 but it wasn't enough.
The Golden Eagles finished their season 27-31 overall. CSI placed fourth in the Scenic West Athletic Conference standings and fourth in the Region 18 Tournament.
