TWIN FALLS - The 2nd-ranked College of Southern Idaho Men's Basketball team jumped out to a big lead and then held on Saturday, beating North Idaho 82-71 in Scenic West Athletic Conference action.
The Golden Eagles improve to 23-2 overall and 9-1 in league standings, holding onto sole possession of first place.
Fredrick Edmond led all scorers with 22 points. He added six rebounds and three assists. Montigo Alfor finished the game with 16 points, three rebounds and five assists.
CSI travels to USU-Eastern and Colorado Northwestern next week.
