TWIN FALLS - Seventh-ranked College of Southern Idaho women's basketball had 12 players play double-digit minutes in running past Lake Region 92-69 Saturday in the Wright Physical Therapy/Idaho Central Credit Union Challenge.
Only three players scored in double figures but all but one scored in the non-conference game.
Leading scorers for CSI were
Holly Blades and Elisabet Lopez-Sagrera, both with 17 points. Blades added four assists and four steals, while Sagrera had 10 rebounds.
Ma Kenzie VanSickle had a solid game for the Eagles with three points, three rebounds and seven assists.
Alexia Mefi added seven points and 10 rebounds.
CSI improves to 5-3 overall. The Golden Eagles hosts Western Wyoming Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
In the earlier game Saturday, Treasure Valley beat Miles CC 93-65.
