MIDLAND, Texas - The College of Southern Idaho faced a tough test at the Midland Tournament, falling to Odsesa 66-63, #1 Trinity Valley 66-54 and McClennan 83-80.
The Golden Eagles had chances late against Odessa and McClennan, but just couldn't convert.Â
Holly Blades, who finished the tournament with 42 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and four steals was named to the all-tournament team.
Against Odessa, Samantha Lubke came up big for CSI, finishing with 20 points and 13 rebounds.
In the final night against McClennan,
Rachelle Owens led the Eagles with 20 points and added three rebounds and two assists.
CSI, which is now 3-3 will host Miles City Friday at 5:30 p.m. and Lake Region Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in the Wright Physical Therapy/ICCU Tournament this weekend.
