CSI Softball falls in Region 18 Championship

Box Score
TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho softball team couldn't find a timely hit Saturday, falling to Salt Lake CC 4-0 in the Region 18 Championship.
The teams were tied 0-0 through six innings. Both teams had multiple runners on throughout the game but neither could get anyone across home plate until Salt Lake rallied in the seventh.
After a leadoff walk and error by CSI, Salt Lake got a big hit from Malia Campos, scoring one. The Bruins added three more runs. That would be all they need as tournament MVP MaCauley Flint retired the CSI batters in order to give Salt Lake the championship.
