TWIN FALLS, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho battled to a 6-0 victory over Salt Lake Friday and took Southern Nevada to 10 innings before falling 7-6 in the Region 18 Tournament.
Isaac Anderson started the game against Salt Lake and went 5 innings, giving up no runs with 7 strikeouts to earn the win.
Against Southern Nevada, The Golden Eagles forced extra innings but ran out of steam.
Carter Yagi finished the game 3-for-5.
CSI ends its season 30-30 overall.
Several Golden Eagles were honored with all-region selections.
