TWIN FALLS - The 5th-ranked College of Southern Idaho women's basketball beat Casper College 78-63 Saturday in the final night of the Fisher's Tech Invitational.
Patrice Toston led all scorers with 23 points in just 19 minutes of play. Teammate Zuleika Grinsell added six points, five assists and seven rebounds with only one turnover.
CSI, which improves to 9-0 on the season, hosts the Coca-Cola Classic next weekend.
