TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho men's basketball team held the league's leading scorer Skyler Halford to no field goals Thursday but couldn't contain the rest of the Bruins as CSI fell to 11th-ranked Salt Lake CC 76-67.
Jaysean Paige led the Eagles with 25 points, while Juwan Newman had 11 points and 12 rebounds.
CSI struggled from the field overall though, hitting just 34 percent of its shots and 62 percent from the free-throw line (21-34).
CSI, which drops to 3-5 in conference play, hosts Snow College Saturday at 5 p.m.
