COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - The College of Southern Idaho softball team dominated North Idaho College Friday 14-1 before competing in two close games Saturday, winning 6-4 and losing the final game 8-7.
The Golden Eagles were solid at the plate all weekend, hitting .361 to .299 for the Cardinals.
Kylee Hogue went 4-for-6 with five RBI, whilte
Nikki Brailsford was 4-for-7 with four RBI.
CSI, 38-15 overall and 30-10 in league play, remained in second place in the Scenic West Athletic Conference race. The Golden Eagles play Treasure Valley Tuesday.
