COEUR D'ALENE - Sixth-ranked College of Southern Idaho men's basketball beat North Idaho 64-58 Saturday to increase its Scenic West Athletic Conference lead.
The Golden Eagles had three players score in double digits, led by Fabyon Harris with 14. Rafriel Guthrie added 12 points and eight rebounds.
Key for CSI in the win was the ability of the Golden Eagles to knock down free throws. CSI finished 26-for-33 from the line, while North Idaho made just 17-of-28.
The Golden Eagles, 25-3 overall and 11-2 in the conference, travel to USU-Eastern Friday and Colorado Northwestern Saturday to finish up their regular season.
