TWIN FALLS - The 3rd-ranked College of Southern Idaho volleyball team beat 8th-ranked North Idaho College 25-19, 25-18, 25-16 Saturday in the Region 18 Championship match.
Both teams advance to the NJCAA National Tournament.
Keani Passi and
Liene Mellupe led the Golden Eagles with 16 kills apiece.
Heather Meeuwsen finished the match with 17 digs.
Mellupe was named the Region 18 Tournament MVP while Passi joined her with all-tournament honors. Yang Yang and Kaitlyn Molloy from North Idaho, along with Salt Lakes Mayra Ramirez and Snow's Brenna DeYoung rounded out the all-tournament team.
