CSI WBB wins final regular season game

TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho women's basketball team defeated Colorado NW 92-44 Saturday in its final game of the Scenic West Athletic Conference regular season.
The Golden Eagles used the game to prepare for their opening round matchup in the Region 18 Tournament next week. CSI will open the tournament at home at noon Thursday against Colorado NW.
Five Golden Eagle players scored in double digits led by Kylie Hardison's 14. The sophomore guard hit four 3-pointers. In all, CSI knocked down 11 3-pointers for the game.
CSI out-rebounded the Spartans 60-29 for the game and forced CNCC into 24 turnovers. Spartan head coach Antowin Edwards Sr. was assessed two technicals and ejected from the game in the second half.
CSI improves to 22-8 overall and 9-6 in conference play.
