CSI vs. Salt Lake CC Boxscore
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho women's basketball team beat Snow College 81-63 Friday and then fell to Salt Lake CC 72-63 Saturday in Scenic West Athletic Conference play.
Fanny Cavallo led the Eagles against Snow, scoring 23 points to go with nine rebounds. For the game, CSI shot 46 percent from the field.
In the Salt Lake game, CSI finished with more rebounds and less turnovers but hit just 14 percent of its 3-pointers and 40 percent of its free throws.
Laurel Kearsley posted 12 points and seven rebounds to lead the Golden Eagles.
CSI moves to 20-7 overall and 7-5 in league play. The Golden Eagles are in third place in SWAC standings with three games left to play.
CSI hosts North Idaho Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
