MONROE, N.Y. - The top-ranked College of Southern Idaho men's basketball team opened its season 2-1, beating Westchester 87-58 Thursday and Harcum College 102-92 Friday before falling to NJCAA pre-season No. 2-ranked Monroe College 71-54 Saturday.
Golden Eagle Luke Cothron scored 18 points against Westchester and 27 against Harcum to lead the scoring. In the Monroe game, Fabyon Harris led the Eagles with 14 points.
CSI returns home to host the Gordon Paving/Gold's Gym Challenge Friday and Saturday.
