TWIN FALLS - The College of Southern Idaho baseball team battled top-ranked College of Southern Nevada this weekend, losing 3-0 and 4-1 on Friday and splitting with the Coyotes on Saturday, losing 10-8 before winning the final game 8-7.
Ryan Cooperstone doubled in Dale Anderson in the bottom of the 8th to give the Eagles the 8-7 victory and move to 1-3 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play. CSI stands at 10-8 overall.
The Golden Eagles host Dawson CC Monday for a doubleheader, starting at 1 p.m.
