PRICE, Utah - The College of Southern Idaho women fell short Friday, losing 94-87 to North Idaho in double overtime in the Region 18 Basketball Tournament.
It was the second year in a row that NIC ended the Golden Eagles season at the Region 18 Tournament.
The Cardinals hit three consecutive 3-pointers in the double overtime to pull away and seal the victory.
Daidra Brown finished the game with 19 points, seven rebounds, six assists and five steals for CSI.
Shauneice Samms added 20 points and eight rebounds.
The Golden Eagles finished their season with a 22-9 overall record and a 14-6 conference record.
